CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I, the subject of personal data, am filling out the donation form on the website https://www.scholaemundi.ru/, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as 152-FZ), I voluntarily, of my own free will and in my own interests, and confirming my legal capacity, give my consent (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) to the Schools of Peace Charitable Foundation, located at the following address: Russian Federation, 125009, Moscow, Romanov per., 4, building 2, floor 2, room VI, part room 1e (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), to the processing of personal data on the following terms:

  1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools and with their use.
  2. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: personal data that is not special or biometric: last name, first name; email address.
  3. Purposes of personal data processing: acceptance of charitable donations.
  4. During processing, the following actions will be performed on personal data: extraction; destruction; updating; systematization; accumulation; use; collection; modification; deletion; recording; blocking; storage.
  5. The operator may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties and/or transfer personal data to third parties listed in the Privacy Policy posted on the website. https://www.scholaemundi.ru/.
  6. Personal data is processed for 5 years after the termination of the agreement in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 10-11 of Order No. 236 of the Federal Archival Agency. 
  7. Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or his/her representative by sending a written statement to the Operator or his/her representative at the address specified in the Consent.
  8. The consent is valid until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Consent.
  9. In the event of the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the subject of personal data or his representative, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
