The present Privacy Policy (the "Policy") establishes the personal information that may be provided by a visitor (a user) of the website http://scholaemundi.org (the "Website"), to the Charity Foundation "Scholae Mundi" ( the "Foundation", location: 125009, Moscow, 4 bld.2 Romanov Lane, Premise VI, part of Room 4e) and explains the ways in which such information may be used by the Foundation.

3. determining the preferences of the user and enhancing the convenience of using the Website by the user – for this purpose the Foundation processes the following personal data:

4. communication with the user to clarify information and/or processing requests – for this purpose the Foundation processes the following personal data:

The Foundation will not process the personal data provided by the user for any purposes other than those specified above or provided by law. The Foundation will process the personal data provided by the user for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of their provision.

The processing of personal data is carried out using specialized web application Yandex.Metrica, for which the user provides the Foundation with its’ consent to the transfer of the above-mentioned personal data to the company LLC "YANDEX" (119034, Moscow, Leo Tolstoy st., 16). This consent becomes effective at the moment of the user’s entry to the Website and remains in effect until the moment it is withdrawn or the purposes are achieved. This consent may be revoked by sending an appropriate statement in writing to the address of the Foundation with a demand to cease the processing of personal data.
