All participants undergo a free training course on project management and team management, learn best practices.
Thus, the best project proposals get funding and their teams receive the necessary skills to professionally implement and develop their initiatives.
Every year, the contest sets a new theme reflecting a socially significant challenge. The topic for 2023 is promoting the principles of cultural diversity, coexistence and prosperity.
