Surpass dreams program

The Youth Scholarship Program, founded by former partners of Troika Dialog (which joined the Sberbank Group in 2012), helps talented students, pursuing finance and economics to unlock their professional and creative potential and put their knowledge into practice. And those participants who have proven themselves best get the opportunity to undergo an internship at program partner companies and discover exciting career opportunities. 

The program is designed for senior students (18-25 y.o.) of finance, economics and mathematics at leading Russian universities. There is no participation fee. Training, master classes, lectures and short-term courses, which take place in the framework of the Surpass dreams program allow to improve the general level of financial specialists training on a systematic basis.

Since the launch of the program in 2015, we have managed to build a platform where employers can select candidates from among the most successful students of leading specialized universities, and students directly communicate with the most interesting employers and get a chance to complete an internship with the possibility of subsequent employment. We have created a loyal community of Surpass dreams alumni who support the program at all levels. Today, our alumni work in major companies in Russia and CIS countries.
